Shipping
The below information is an approximate guide. Delays such as weekends, public holidays, and customs processing are outside our control and may result in longer shipping periods. Delays may also occur during promotional periods, sales, and holiday seasons. Shipping rates are subject to change during promotional periods. Delivery times are estimates only and Broochella will not be held liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 pm WST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, including Express and International orders. If you have any questions, please contact broochella@broochella.com. Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post or Aramex, selected based on the fastest route to your location.
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders of $150 or over
- Flat rate $11 standard shipping on orders under $150
- Flat rate $17 Express Post (next business day to most metro areas)
USA SHIPPING All orders to the United States are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking. Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected transparently at checkout — there are no surprise fees on delivery.
- Standard Shipping — $30 AUD (6–27 business days)
- Import duties (currently 10%) are calculated and added at checkout
- All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no additional charges at delivery
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All other international orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
