Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Within Australia we accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also offer secure payment options through PayPal and Afterpay. Outside of Australia we provide localised payment options depending on your country.
Q: What is pre-ordering?
A: Items marked as PRE-ORDER are available for purchase and will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of the purchase date.
Q: Can I pre-order a brooch that is currently out of stock?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items at the moment. We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about restocks and new arrivals.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! We partner with Sendle and DHL - trusted global vendors who allow Broochella to provide the best possible experience. Wherever you are, we'll deliver your Broochella treasures right to your doorstep.

Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

Q: What currencies do you accept for international orders?
A: We accept payment in multiple currencies, including but not limited to USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD. You can select your preferred currency during the checkout process.
Q: Will I be responsible for any duties or taxes on international orders?
A: Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's customs regulations. Please note that any additional charges related to customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What is your returns policy for international orders?
A: We offer a hassle-free returns policy for international orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support at broochella@broochella.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Broochella or in the case and item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and shipping charges.
Your account will be credited. Less shipping charges within 6-10 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
Q: How long does it take to process and ship international orders?
A: We strive to process and ship international orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Q: Can I track my international order?
A: Yes, we provide tracking information for all international orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised messages for international orders?
A: At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or personalised messages for international orders. However, our packaging is designed to be elegant and gift-ready, making it a special treat for yourself or a loved one.
