What payment methods can I use to buy brooches from Broochella?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay securely with PayPal and Afterpay. International customers will see localised payment methods based on their country during checkout.
What does pre-order mean when buying a Broochella brooch?
Items marked as PRE-ORDER are available for purchase but are made-to-order. Your brooch will be shipped within 4–6 weeks from your order date.
Can I pre-order a brooch that's sold out?
At this time, we don’t accept pre-orders for out-of-stock items. We recommend joining our newsletter to be notified of restocks and limited-edition releases.
Does Broochella offer international shipping for brooch orders?
Yes, we ship worldwide using trusted global couriers like DHL, Australia Post and Sendle. Wherever you are, we’ll deliver your Broochella piece directly to your doorstep with care.
How do I change currency and country for international orders?
Use the country dropdown in the top-right corner of our site to view available destinations and change currency. Your payment method and local taxes will be updated at checkout.
What currencies does Broochella accept for international brooch purchases?
We accept AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and more. Your local currency will automatically display during checkout based on your location.
Will I be charged duties or taxes on my international brooch order?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are calculated during checkout.
What is Broochella’s international returns and refunds policy?
If you’re not fully satisfied, email broochella@broochella.com within 14 days to initiate a return. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 6–10 business days of return receipt.
How long does shipping take for international brooch orders?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your country and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking link once dispatched.
Can I track my Broochella brooch delivery internationally?
Yes, all orders come with tracking. You’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personal messages with orders?
While we don’t offer custom gift messages yet, every Broochella brooch comes beautifully packaged—ready to be gifted or treasured.
