How It Works Now
All US orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking from our Perth studio to your door. We've overhauled our USA shipping to make the total cost clear and honest at checkout — no surprises when your parcel arrives.
What You'll See at Checkout
- Shipping — $30 AUD (approximately $19 USD) — this is the actual Australia Post shipping cost
- Import duty — 10% of your order value, calculated automatically at checkout
- Both are shown as separate line items so you know exactly what you're paying for
All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning duties are paid upfront and there are absolutely no additional charges when your parcel arrives at your door.
Why We Changed
Our previous flat fee was designed to cover both shipping and tariff costs in a single charge. While well-intentioned, it wasn't fully transparent — and transparency is something we believe our US community deserves. The new system is fairer: smaller orders pay less in duties, and you always know the full breakdown before you buy.
Delivery Times
Please allow 6–27 business days for delivery. Express options are not currently available to the USA.
